Beyond the Return.

Into the Legacy.

Helping high-income earners build, protect, and preserve wealth through coordinated tax, investment, estate planning, and risk management.

You are the CEO of your financial life.

Whether you are a senior executive, own a business, manage family assets, or carry the responsibility of what comes next, the important financial decisions are yours to make.

That is where lasting wealth and legacy are built.

⎯ The Approach

Five decisions that compound.

Every high-income earner and family eventually faces these five decisions—whether income comes from an executive role, a business, investments, or a combination.

Each one builds on the last: get one wrong early, and the cost grows every year it remains unresolved. Get them right, in order, and they support the decisions that follow.

I Structure

Entity & Structure

The framework before the transaction.

How the business earns, owns, borrows, and assumes risk determines what remains protected and what becomes exposed.

II Compensation

Income & Compensation

How you pay yourself is a tax decision, not a payroll one.
Salary, distributions, benefits, and retirement contributions each carry a different cost. We organize compensation around the after-tax result of the business and the household.

III Capital

Capital Deployment

What the business produces — and how it compounds.
Debt and equity posture, dividend strategy, passive-income architecture, and the tax choices that increase retained capital determine how the business compounds.

IV Succession

Succession & Stewardship

The question after the founder.

Continuity planning, generational transfer, executive transition, and the work of preparing an organization for its next chief must be decided before the founder steps away.

V Exit

M&A Counsel

Whether, when, and to whom.

We sit on the principal’s side of the table—on the prior question of whether the transaction should happen at all, when it should happen, and to whom.

↓ Each decision compounds on the last.

Our role is to sharpen the judgment behind those decisions—before they become irreversible.

⎯ The Wealth Resilience Doctrine

Eight pillars hold up what you keep, protect, and pass on.

The five decisions shape how wealth is built. The eight pillars determine whether it remains resilient once it exists.

Tax, investment, estate, protection, entity, insurance, liquidity, and legacy must be current together. A weakness in one can put pressure on all the rest.

The Wealth Resilience Assessment gives each pillar a current answer. Answer five questions across each area to see what is documented, what is uncertain, and what deserves a closer review.

⎯ how this process works

A self-check.

A diagnostic.
Then the right treatment.

The Assessment is the starting point, not a recommendation. It identifies the questions. The Blueprint reviews the records behind them. Only after the facts are documented do we determine what should be corrected, coordinated, and monitored—and whether ongoing work is appropriate.

02

⎯ The diagnostic review

The Assessment raises the question.

The Blueprint reviews the evidence behind it.

The Blueprint is the diagnostic stage. We compare your Assessment answers with the returns, ownership records, accounts, policies, estate documents, liquidity position, and stated objectives that explain the current condition of the eight pillars.

You receive a written priority map and an order of action: what requires attention now, what needs a specialist, what can wait, and which decisions depend on one another.

⎯ after the blueprint

Ongoing work is the treatment—not the starting point.

When the Blueprint shows that ongoing attention will improve the client’s tax, ownership, liquidity, transfer, or coordination outcomes, we recommend Ascend: the firm’s ongoing tax and advisory service for high-income earners and families.

Its scope and review cadence follow the work involved. We do not ask a client to select a package before the facts are understood.

⎯ Scope of services

Two service pathways.

One standard of coordinated work.

The firm serves clients through an ongoing Ascend relationship or a defined Private Office need. The appropriate path depends on whether the work requires continuing coordination across the system or focused work around a specific responsibility.

01

For high-income earners & families

Ascend

Ascend keeps the planning current as income, ownership, tax rules, family circumstances, liquidity, and business decisions change. It coordinates the work across the eight pillars and brings the right specialist into the work when needed.

Ongoing tax strategy & compliance

Entity, estate, investment & liquidity coordination

Regular review of active decisions and deadlines

Scope matched to planning workload and review cadence

The appropriate Ascend Altitude is recommended after the Blueprint, based on the work and value opportunity identified.

02

For a defined professional need

Private Office

Private Office provides direct access to specific fiduciary and cross-border coordination work. It is appropriate when the need is defined, even if an ongoing Ascend relationship is not.

Professional Trustee & Fiduciary Services

Global Wealth & Tax Coordination

Direct inquiry for a specific need

Counsel considered separately, by invitation only

Counsel: The Family Office Advisor is an invitation-only relationship for circumstances where direct, private advisory is warranted by complexity or a major event.

⎯ Ascend Altitudes

A long-term relationship.

A scope that grows with the family.

Higher income and growing assets create more financial decisions, more moving parts, and more exposure when tax, investment, estate, risk, liquidity, and legacy work are not aligned. Each Ascend Altitude defines the frequency of touchpoints and the depth of intervention required across those eight pillars.

The Blueprint determines the appropriate altitude. We recommend the scope that fits the client’s income, assets, active decisions, and family responsibilities—and the specific planning opportunities identified—not a generic service level selected in advance.

01

Foundations

Establish the habits that protect growing income.

For high-income earners and families whose priority is to put tax planning, savings, entity choices, retirement funding, and annual compliance on a deliberate footing before income and responsibilities outgrow the structure around them.

One annual planning cycle, plus implementation check-ins as required

Tax-return, income, entity, retirement, and expense decisions reviewed for current-year opportunities

A simple order of action for the pillars that need attention first

02

Accelerator

Plan around income before the options close.

For executives, investors, founders, and families whose compensation, distributions, realized gains, giving, or business income now require projections and more than one touchpoint each year.

Tax projections and planning reviews scheduled around income, liquidity, and filing deadlines

Retirement, charitable, compensation, and entity opportunities evaluated before year-end

Coordination with the professionals involved in the decisions under review

03

Coordinated

Keep every pillar working from the same facts.

For families with greater income, net worth, entities, investments, trusts, or legacy responsibilities where decisions in one pillar can directly affect the tax, liquidity, protection, or transfer outcome in another.

Regular multi-pillar reviews across tax, investments, estate, protection, entity, insurance, liquidity, and legacy

Document coordination for trusts, beneficiaries, ownership, and capital decisions as circumstances change

A shared timeline for the client, advisors, and specialists responsible for implementation

04

Advanced

Run a complex financial life with family-office discipline.

For high-income families whose enterprises, investments, liquidity events, estate planning, and multigenerational responsibilities require frequent touchpoints and deeper coordination across every pillar.

Quarterly strategic reviews and active coordination when major decisions or events arise

Tax, wealth, estate, entity, liquidity, and risk planning held in one operating calendar

Alignment among tax counsel, investment advisors, estate professionals, and family stakeholders

A relationship designed to progress

Ascend is built to help families rise as life becomes more complex.

It is not a one-year transaction. We revisit the scope as income grows, assets change, family responsibilities expand, a business or portfolio evolves, or a major event requires deeper work. The objective is to move a family to the highest altitude their circumstances require—without asking them to outgrow the relationship that helped build the foundation.

If the work extends beyond a continuing Ascend scope, we will discuss whether a defined Private Office service—or, by invitation, Counsel—is appropriate.

⎯ Our engagement standard

We do not accept an Ascend engagement unless the work is justified.

The Blueprint selects an Ascend Altitude by identifying the client-specific work required and the planning opportunities it can reasonably address. That includes expected tax savings where applicable, avoided costs or leakage, better sequencing, and the coordination value of acting before a decision becomes fixed.

If we cannot identify a justifiable path to value that we reasonably expect to target at least three times the annual fee under the proposed scope, we do not offer the engagement. The standard is a screen for accepting work—not a projection of any particular tax, investment, or financial result.

If the initial scope supports the work but later review shows we cannot deliver it, the engagement ends.

When initial scope identifies the relevant savings and planning opportunities, but subsequent review determines that the firm cannot deliver the agreed professional work needed to pursue them, we will conclude the engagement and automatically return the firm’s fees paid for that service period. No negotiation or separate request is required.

This policy applies to the firm’s own professional fees and is subject to the written engagement letter. It does not guarantee realized tax savings, investment performance, legal outcomes, or results provided by third parties.

⎯ Private Office services

Defined needs deserve a direct explanation.

Private Office services are presented here in full so a client can understand the purpose of the work before making an inquiry. Trustee and global coordination may be sought directly. Counsel is available by invitation.

Professional Trustee & Fiduciary Services

Global Wealth & Tax Coordination

Coordination for families whose residence, assets, entities, beneficiaries, tax obligations, or professional relationships cross jurisdictions.

May include cross-border tax and reporting coordination, ownership mapping, entity and cash-movement coordination, change-of-circumstance planning, global advisor alignment, and cross-border succession planning.

III

By invitation only

Counsel: The Family Office Advisor

Direct private advisory when the facts require one person to hold tax, wealth, estate, entity, liquidity, and legacy decisions together for a family.

Counsel may be recommended when a major event or sustained complexity requires direct involvement beyond a defined service scope.

⎯ LEADERSHIP

When the decisions are consequential, the tax work should inform the strategy—not follow it.

Deen Cadi, CPA, brings more than 20 years of experience across tax advisory, investment management, and corporate finance to the firm’s strategic philosophy and advisory standards.

For high-income earners and families—including executives, investors, founders, and business owners—that perspective matters because a decision can be tax-efficient in isolation and still create a problem in ownership, liquidity, protection, or legacy.

⎯ Why I Built This Firm

The playbook was never secret.

It was just never offered to you.

I spent more than a decade beside the family offices that run the money for billion-dollar families. I sat in the rooms where large transactions were put together and where institutions were built to last. What I learned there was simpler than I expected.

Those families do not have better luck. They do not have secret investments, or information you cannot get. They have a way of working. Every part of their financial life is looked at together. One plan. One team that actually talks. One person responsible for the whole picture. That is the playbook. It is not magic. It is discipline and structure, applied every year.

I did not come from those rooms. I grew up watching my parents work harder than almost anyone I have met since. My father was an accountant. My mother ran her own business. They were a middle-class family doing what middle-class families do: stretching every dollar so their children could have the education and the opportunities they never had. Nobody was coordinating their financial life. Nobody offered them a plan. They did everything right, and they did it alone.

I decided that playbook should belong to more than a handful of families at the top. It should belong to families like mine.

That is why this firm exists. I built it for physicians, founders, executives, investors, high-income earners, and families who have worked hard, built meaningful assets, and never had a family office. Many of the families I serve started where mine did. You have done everything right, and the ground still feels like it shifts under you. Your accountant files the return. Your lawyer wrote the will. Your advisor manages the portfolio. Each of them does good work. None of them is watching the whole thing, and the risk in your financial life lives in the space between them.

My work is to stand in that space. The firm looks at all eight pillars of your financial life, tax, investment, estate, protection, entity, insurance, liquidity, and legacy, and makes them agree with one another. We handle what is ours. We bring in the best specialist for what is not. And we stay responsible for the result. Wherever you are starting from, the work meets you there and grows with you. That is what Ascend means.

I want three things for every family we serve. Stability, so your decisions stop fighting each other and you stop reacting and start steering. Prosperity, so what you earn and what you have built work for you, together, instead of leaking through the gaps between advisors. And alignment, so what you build reflects what you actually believe, and keeps reflecting it after you are gone.

That last one is the part I care about most. Wealth that lasts is never just money. It is an institution, with rules and purpose attached, that the next generation earns the right to run. Your children should not inherit a fortune to divide. They should inherit a job worth doing, and a seat they have shown they can hold.

This is not a service I offer. It is the reason I do this work. Every hard-working American family deserves a real chance to take control of its own future and succeed on its own terms. I want to change the world, and I intend to do it the only way it has ever actually been done. One family at a time.

⎯ Deliberate service capacity

Capacity is protected.

So the work receives

the attention it requires.

We maintain a limited number of active client seats within each scope of service. This allows for timely response, thorough preparation, and coordinated review when a decision requires attention.

Availability is reviewed before an introductory call is confirmed. Capacity is managed to protect the standard of each relationship, not to create artificial scarcity.
